Hello Anki. I wanted to spare a moment and thank you for being such a wonderful yoga instructor. I owe a lot of my progress and confidence in yoga to you. When I first started, I wasn't sure what to expect-but you made me feel comfortable right away. I've built way more core strength, improved my balance, and even managed poses I never thought I could do like plank holds and warrior flows.
You have this amazing way of pushing us just enough while still being super encouraging and supportive. I've not only seen physical improvements, but mentally I feel calmer and more focused after every class. Honestly, I'm so glad I started this journey with you-it's made a huge difference in how I feel day to day.

Gentle yoga with Anki:
This class was a great start to my Sunday morning. We did a few sun salutations and full body stretches which felt good. Her shivasana and positive affirmations were calming and uplifting. She had good cues to inhale and exhale throughout the class. Overall very enjoyable and left the class with positive energy.

I wanted to share my experience regarding the yoga classes I am taking with you. I can't thank you enough for helping me get rid of my thyroid issue that started early this year. When I got to know that I'm getting hyperthyroidism, I knew that I need to work on my lifestyle so I started yoga with you. Can you imagine my specialist just informed me that my thyroid levels are completely normal and she is also so surprised for this amazing change. It's magic ❤thank you so much for saving me from this disease.

I tried the Saadhu Nail Board experience with my yoga trainer, Anki, and it instantly calmed my nerves. I felt deeply relaxed, and although there was a slight pinching sensation in my feet -as expected-it wasn't painful at all. I slept so peacefully that night. Truly a grounding and soothing experience.

Prior to our latest class, I've never worked with a sadhu board before. Anki had great words about the experience she has with this process, so I was interested in trying this out for myself. While very nerve wracking to see the boards and mentally prepare, she walked me through the process in a very mindful manner. When I actually stood on the board for the first time, there were a bit of nerves but more so a sense of relief and calm. Ultimately this felt like a great body scan. I could feel my muscles easing over the course of the time I stood. Once I sat down and removed my feet, it was almost as though my body went a bit cool and felt calmer than before. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who's interested in trying!
